How to read your results

Confirmed sends, clicks, dashes, and approximate locations.

Every metric has a meaning

DMFLOW counts confirmed private sends and tracked link opens. A number in the overview does not mean the person read the message. An unavailable Meta metric stays a dash rather than becoming zero.

For tracked links, CTR is clicks divided by DMs sent. In variant reporting, it belongs to the final link variant; other steps do not have link CTR. Repeat opens and link previews can affect the count. Compare the same periods and consider the actual number of interactions.

Activity and geography

  1. Choose a date range and a daily or hourly view.
  2. In Audience, compare the map of actual DMs and clicks.
  3. Read countries and cities as an approximate summary of where a link was opened.

Time summaries use Europe/Prague. A click location is not the recipient’s verified home; VPNs, bots, and previews can distort it. IP addresses are not retained for these summaries. Variant results are not an automatic guarantee of the best posting hour either.
